Our Story
The company was established in 2006 as a multi-disciplined Fire Protection Provider, however in 2016 we re-organised our business to specialise and focus on a smaller number of key Products & Services.
‘FPS’ was born out of my disillusionment with some of the larger ‘players’ in the industry.
These large companies appeared to be more concerned with themselves rather than their customers & staff. I felt we could do a much better job.

Founder & CEO
FPS was established in 2006 by Simon Gwinnett who has 40+ Years in the Fire Protection industry in various senior management, corporate and operational roles.
Alan Futcher
Managing director
Alan joined FPS in 2022, bringing over 25 years of experience in sprinkler design and senior management from a corporate fire sprinkler company. His role is to execute the company’s short and medium-term investment plans at both strategic and operational levels.
Joanna Kliczka
Administration Manager
Joanna joined FPS in May 2021 initially as an office administrator and quickly showed her skill and appetite to do well for the business. Joanna was appointed Administration manager in April 2022 just 11 months after joining the business. Joanna previously worked within the hospitality sector.
