FPS were one of the 1st handful of installers who became FIRAS accredited. In 2015 we were proud to achieve our 3rd party certification which tested & continues to test our ability to provide fully compliant systems. This ongoing audit of our installations and processes ensures that our customers will have peace of mind in their relationship with us. Fundamentally it gives our customers somewhere to go in the event that design/installation problems occur and is your assurance that any issues will be rectified.
In addition we carry comprehensive insurances including Product (with efficacy) & Public Liability insurance together with very high levels of Professional Indemnity (PI insurance) to cover our design work. Collateral warranties are also given when requested.

Fire Sprinkler systems should be maintained annually and our service contract customers enjoy the benefits of our chargeable emergency call out service 365 days per year 24/7.
Water Supplies
Planning
In terms of planning your project successfully through the construction the most important piece of advice we can give would be to establish water supply performance in the locality at the earliest opportunity.
Preferably organise a temporary 32mm domestic supply for ‘construction purposes’ and ask for them to install the type of meter that would become permanent. This will allow us to flow test your supply and give some indication on which 1 of the 5 basic sprinkler options will apply.
If we can just rule out the prospect of water storage tanks at this stage then it will be well worth removing this hassle alone.
